Cost

I've been thinking about switching over to YAZ. My insurance doesn't cover birth control so I have to pay out of pocket and right now I'm on a generic brand but I don't like the way it makes me feel. Do you know if YAZ is comparable to other "well known" birth controls or is a little more expensive?

YAZ

My insurance covered half of it $25. My dr said i should notice a difference this month. So far i have not noticed any strange side effects. I hope it stays that way.

YES

I have been taking since August 06, (did stop for a while to get pregnant and I started taking it again after I stop breastfeeding). I love it. I have a horrible time that time of the month and after my doctor trying a couple different kinds this pill is the best. I did have some spotting the first 2 months I was on it but after that it was great. I only have a period for a couple days and its very light. I get no cramps and I have not gotten any cyst. I have recommended this pill to a lot of people and everyone I know loves it.

yaz

Before you were on it did you have horrible periods-like irratibility, depression and painful periods? My dr. told me that this will help with all that.
