Are there any moms out there who work from home?  How do you balance your job, kids, housework.  What kind of work do you do, and how many hours does it requre?  Do you work during nap time, after the kiddos are in bed, before they wake up?  Do you have part time help?  Note: not to leave out those busy moms who work outside the home.  I know you all have the same issues with working and managing your families.  My main concern is finding time to work during the day while juggling a the kids :)

I have SO many things I want to do with my time!  I love being a mom, but after 3 1/2 years of being home, I can't just be a sahm.  Don't get me wrong, I love my kids and I love being at home with them, but I have to do something that is for me, that doesn't involve the kids.  I currently work from home, as most of you know.  I want to manage my time better, but with a very busy and unpredictable 9 month old, it seems nearly impossible!  I feel like I still have a million other ideas and projects that I would love to get busy on, but there just aren't enough hours in the day.  I usually do very late nights, then just pray that the baby sleeps through the night!  I also want to make sure that I'm separating my work from time with the kids.

I'm just looking for feedback from those who are in a similar situation...working from home and managing a household at the same time.  Thanks!!

Working from home

Spa Mommy
I do work from home and love it! Now I will admit that home schooling my two children While being a wife, mommy, head cook, house keeper and the managing a fast growing team of consultants does get hard to juggle from time to time. There are times I wish I wasn’t schooling the kids but I am committed to it for now and I love my in home spa business, it is very rewarding as is being a mommy and wife. Let’s face it we are not really the weaker sex. :-)

Love working from home

I do High Fashion Jewelry shows. I love it. I love to show women how to dress and feel good about themselves. I love the fact that I work from home, I am my own boss, but still loving being a full time mommy. My kids love the fact that I am home and I am usually home before, or right after they are going to bed. My husband is awesome, he helps out a lot with the housework. I think you just need to kind of roll with it, and it all falls into place! At least I like to tell myself that.

HomeStaging & Interior Redesign

Jessica, as you know I run my Redesign business from home. I have been a stay at home mom for 13 years and still do stay home. I started my business recently and my kids are all in school so I get to work on my business while they are away. However, when they are home because of snow days or Christmas break, I try and work in an hour at a time or snatches of time to work on my business. I leave my computer up all the time so I can go back to it when I need to. I have a notebook computer set up in my living room which is really handy because that is wherethe kids and I spend our time. I can
watch them and type on the computer. I also work on my business when they are in bed at night.

I am quitting my full time job!

I've been trying to make a go of having my own home business for a few years now so that I could quit my full time job. Recently (October) I was presented with the opportunity to join a network marketing company during its pre-launch stage (officially launching 5/08). I was a bit hesitant due to its infancy, however, when I learned Bill Farley was the CEO and Dr. Chopra was behind the formulation of the product, then I went for it. I am currently in a 2 month sabbatical from my regular full time job and happy to officially announce that because of this company I do not have to go back! That's right! I am done with corporate America and am doing something I LOVE. I have 2 little kids, one in K, the other is 1 and I can happily say yes to school activities now! I absolutely love that flexibility. My husband thinks I should now do all the chores around here but NO WAY JOSE, being a MOMPRENEUR still requires some hours of work, so 50/50 stays :).

Feel free to check out my company. I post EVERY little detail on my site, so you don't have to wonder anything or go to any meetings to learn anything :). All there.

Way to go Aymee!

Aymee truly does have a unique product!  I've tried it myself, and I love it!  If anyone is interested in a home based business that is amazing, contact Aymee.  I've seen the business plan myself, and it really is something else.  I wish I had more time because this product will be the BIG ONE once it is released this spring.  Another great thing is, and maybe Aymee can elaborate on this, is how closely she is placed at the top of the company, right near the founders!  Aymee and I are good friends and she keeps me posted on her success almost daily.  I'm amazed at how quickly she is making a go of this!

Incredible

Zrii's rather incredulous numbers are breaking all kinds of network marketing record history in both pre-launch sales as well as distributor enrollment! We've just enrolled 12,000 distributors at close of February. That might mean nothing to many of you, but in comparison, most start up companies barely hit 1200 at opening day! Our team alone holds 60% of all enrollments!!! WOOHOO! But you know what? I have to attribute much of my success not just to the company or even the product (although that Chopra endorsment certainly helps), but instead to this marketing system I came across earlier this year that has changed the way I advertise and promote and has made ALL THE DIFFERENCE in my numbers. It will work for ANY business. It is called Magnetic Sponsoring and I won't bore you with the details here. You can check it out on my personal website below.

Certainly, if you are looking for a new home business, Zrii definitely is the one to check out. It launches in May 2008 and you can set up a distributorship for as little as $49 bucks :). Here is my Zrii website http://www.AmalakiJuiceOnline.com

working at home

I started working from home in October and love it. I was a full-time teacher until baby #3. It's just too hard to work and juggle schedules with childcare and kindergarten. I love being home with the kids all day. I started selling Uppercase Living and it has been so great. I make my own schedule, so I work as much or as little as I want. I do parties at night while my husband is home with the kids and he is fabulous about helping with housework!

The best part is getting out of the house and having adult conversation! It is also really fun helping people decorate their house and seeing them get so excited about the product. If you have never seen the website, you are missing out on personalizing your house and having it truly feel like your home. The website is www.uppercaseliving.com. To check out the catalog register with my ID #349105 and registration token buraczewski. You will not be disappointed:)

Today Show

Just yesterday I saw something on the Today Show about stay at home parents/moms. You might want to go to there website and see what they have. What I do remember from yesterday was that you need to have your own office space set up somewhere in your house. They also gave tips on different kinds of jobs that you can do from Home.
