Our 5th Anniversary isn't until fall, but I think we want to take a mini-trip, just 1 day and night.  We were thinking of going to a winery, wine tasting, a nice dinner, and then get to sleep all night without interruption!  The baby will be 18 months old, I will be done nursing, and we don't do a lot without the kids.  We were hoping to go back to the Poconos (where we honeymooned) for our 5th, but I think we will wait a year or two on that.  But I think we do deserve a day and night without the kids :)  Anyway, I know Tabor Hill is not too far away in Michigan, and I think there are a few others fairly close.  Has anyone else been to any of the others?

TABOR HILL

WE HAVE BEEN TO TABOR HILL ONCE. THE FOOD IS GREAT BUT NEITHER ONE OF US REALLY LIKE WINE. WE TRIED ALOT OF DIFFERENT KINDS BUT WE REALLY LIKED EATING THERE. MY BROTHER AND HIS WIFE GO ALL THE TIME, THEY BOTH REALLY LIKE WINE.

wine lovers

My husband and I both love wine. He likes red and I like white, so we had a good time tasting lots of different wines. We didn't eat there b/c we decided to spend money on wine instead. We went last summer and really wanted to do the vineyard tour but it rained that day and we weren't dressed for the weather.
