Will it stop raining?
We had a dry spell, and now it won't stop raining. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we have no leaks. Has anyone had problems with all of this water?

The only problem I'm having is my mood!!! This weather is putting me in the most foul mood and I have no interest in getting anything done. It's driving me nuts!!!
Making the best of it . . . .
Well, it's pretty warm and there's no lightning so we're enjoying it! I'm on the porch (where it's dry!) and the boys are playing in the rain!!!! They love it!

That's so funny, my husband and son went swimming in our retention pond just because they could. The middle was up to my hus. pits. I made a home movie of them laughing their hineys off. Lynn
Had to get out
So, by the time it was my dinner time Riley was so stir crazy I decided we had to go somewhere. My neighbor and I decided to go out to dinner. On our way out of the apartment complex (Autumn Lakes) we noticed that the same building that had water problems this winter with the major thaw in January was once again flooding. I don't know how much damage there is this time or if the apartments were in fact flooded, but the area was blocked off again.

Hey, I also live in Autumn Lakes. My boyfriend and I drove through there last night and those poor people that live over by the pond!!! They were out there last night cleaning out their apartments and I could see the maintence guys tearing out the carpet. I read an article on wndu this morning and I guess the damage was pretty horrible! Hopefully they can figure something out because its so sad that people have to keep having damage in this building!
Rain
We were supposed to go to the B100 birthday party today but it got cancelled b/c of the rain. So i spend the day at home. Well i went to Martins and got stuff to make upside down pizza and carmal apple salad. Olivia was justing into everything. I think she is tired of being in the house. I can't blame her I'm ready to get out of the house. She has a doctors appointment tomorrow and we are supposed to met up with a friend and her five month old son tomorrow. I can't wait to get out of the house.
