weight loss

Hey, what happened to the weightloss watch? I destroyed my goal of cutting back. After three weeks, I increased my dr.pepper intake to 4 a day. It was the mental loss of those weeks that drove me to the edge. So now, I drink 1-2 with more water :), that works right?!

not sure
I heard it does but everytime I seem to try it, it doesnt work for me. Does anyone know of any good weight loss plans for after you have a baby? My daughter is 9 months and i still have 10 pounds to lose. I have cut out sweets but dont have time to go the gym....anything to do at home that works.
Hmmm....
Apparently everyone lost motivation? Geez, it's so bad I didn't even notice it hasn't been mentioned in awhile :)
Yes, I think adding more water is as good as cutting out the Dr. Pepper :) I set a goal to get up earlier and work out every day. Well, I get up earlier, but somehow skip the working out part. I'll try to work on this.....

walking
We are doing a competeion at work where we are counting our steps. It is one building against the other building agaisnt the pencil pushers of the accounting department. We are keeping track of our steps for the week and turning them into our team captins. On Friday I walked over 14,000 steps but then on Satuday i barely walked to 2,000. I was so tired from Friday.
yikes . . . .
I think I may have been the original writer of the thread (at the beginning of the summer????) asking to hold each other accountable to good weight loss habits. Well, I have to say it is obvious that I've had NO accountability in that area (as I sit eating a bag of FRITOS)! Yikes! I was just thinking this morning . . .whatever happened to that thread on Michiana Moms and then Lynn had to go and bring it back. :) Thanks a lot, Lynn! ;) Now I have to go and be accountable AGAIN!!!! UGH!!! Help! I'd love something to get me back on track . . . I need help in sooo many areas . . . exercise, healthy eating, drinking water . . .etc, etc. How can we help each other???? Any ideas?????

it's always me
The barer of bad news, if I had to post my horrible eating habits it might help me. I gave up the goal pants when my second was born because they were outdated, then I found real jeans to fit my giant mom butt so I'm settling once again in that comfortable 20 pounds-not good! Lynn
