My neighbor asked me to get some info about Growing Kids summer camp program. We are both really impressed with what they have to offer. It's a full day program filled with educational and fun activities all summer long. They take the children swimming, roller-skating, to the zoo and even to a silver hawks game. And when they are not on field trips the children are enjoying structured activities at the center. They offer flexible schedules. Even though it’s only March the director was able to answer all my questions about the camp program. My neighbor was very grateful, that someone offers a program like this. The kids are very excited about their summer plans.

PHM

PHM residence can sign-up for Super Kids Camp beginning now or at the start of camp registration, Saturday, May 3rd. If you call the Educational Services Center 258-9568 it costs a little more but the activities appear to be fantastic. The locations very some and the schedule does as well. I know the ESC provides a community events catalog and some really great opportunities are provided, sometimes for free or a fee. Michianamoms could all get certified in CPR together. That would be fun and responsible!

Also, lots of churches provide VBS for free and other great camp opportunities. The First United Methodist, Mishawaka begins July 20-23. I'm a counselor and love every day of it, so do the kids.
