I saw today that the south side of South Bend is getting a new Little Cesears!  It's right next to Kroger, in the old JR Fox Jeweler space.  The sign says "opening soon"!  I also saw a sign in the window advertising their $5 one topping pizza.  I'm so excited!

Anyone know if the Sears Essentials location is staying or closing?

It looks ready to open in the next day or so

I was over there too and they have pop and everything stocked in the cooler, so I would imagine it will open this week. We used to have another Little Caesars on the south side of town just a couple blocks away but that one has been closed for about 10 years. It closed because the franchisee closed several local locations, but the Little Caesars in Sears is a company owned store and not a franchised one (unless something has changed recently) so since they co-existed before I would assume it would continue to be the same with the new store.

I'm not sure when they opened, but I drove by today and they are open!  I also got coupons in the mail for them.  There is some party deal...4 large pizzas, crazy bread and sauce for $22!  Good deal!  I may have to remember that for the kid's birthday parties.
