The tip of the day is regarding Beef Stir Fry, stating that putting the beef in the freezer for about 15 minutes makes it easier to cut thin. I just wanted to add one of my favorite tips/tricks when it comes to stir-fry meat; SCISSORS!!! I use clean scissors and cut away. It works quite well. I know I'm not the first person out there to do this but I know I'm not the last either so I thought I'd share.
