My boyfriend is in the market to purchase our first home. We need to find a realtor but we want to make sure we find a good one. I just wanted to put the question out there on here to see if anyone can recommend one...Thanks!

We purchased our home 1 1/2 years ago and used Nick Molnar. He is with Home Gallery Realty. His phone number is 309-3758. We had a great experience with him and I would recommend him to anyone.

My good friend is moving out here from Cali. and she is using John. She flew in from out west and he showed her as many houses as she wanted, trying to find just the right one for them before they had to fly back. He is excellent! Very nice guy. I have known him for a long time. No pressure type of guy and very helpful. His number is (574) 299- 2000. Just ask for John Pangani

Hi,
I am in the real estate business so to speak. I am a home stager. This means I decorate homes that are going on the market and package the best features so they appeal to the most buyers.
I can recommend ReMax Central. There number is 299-9998. Carol Taylor is very good. My mom works in this office answering the phones so I know all the real estate agents. Hope this helps. Good luck.

We just moved here the first of the year. We use Grant Neely with Coldwell Bankers. His number is 243-9566. He was helpful, yet not overbearing. We let him know what we were looking for, and he set parameters on his computer so he could email us anything that fit. We were really in a time crunch getting moved and he was just fabulous!

Make sure that you sign a contract for the realtor to represent you and not the seller. By law a "realtor" is the agent for the seller by thier contract. If prior to looking at homes you list the realtor by a legal contract that they do have (most don't choose to tell you about it) that they represent you then there is more by law that they can disclose to you. Other wise a realtor even though you sought them out to look at houses they truely represent the seller and not the buyer. We found this out many years ago when looking for a farm. Good luck.

Just yesterday I checked out which realtors in our area that Dave Ramsey endorses (he calls them Endorsed Local Providers - ELPs), and within 30 minutes of reqesting the info off daveramsey.com, both ELP realtors in our area had called me to see what they could do for me. I was impressed! If you are planning on checking out the Financial Peace University, it may benefit you to use one of these realtors because they also preach Dave's teachings, so they aren't just in it for the sale, but also for your best interest. You can check out more about the ELPs here and the realtor's info is below: http://www.daveramsey.com/sa/home/
