Playdate on Wednesday
Kimberly had started a post last week because she was wanting to get out and have a play date. I would be willing to do something tomorrow. I'll list two choices and see what everyone wants to do. I'd especially love to hear from Kimberly to make sure she's able to join us! How about 10:00 am at the Curious Kids Museum or 10:00 am at the SB Chocolate Cafe????? Let me know which one works best for most. Maybe we can do one this week and another in 2 weeks????
Play Cafe
I would be up for SB Chocolate tomorrow. But I can do it just about any week too, so you guys decide what work best which week. If Curious Kids gets the vote for tomorrow, I'll plan on SB Chocolate next week :)
We have talked about taking Luke to Curious Kids, but Shawn is only 10 months, probably best to wait until he's a bit older. Or my grandparents will be home from FL at the end of this month, so I would have someone to watch the baby while I take Luke to do more "bigger kid" stuff :)

There were so many moms there today . . . most looked like they were already with other people. Was anyone there??? I stayed till after 11:00. Maybe next time we'll have to plan some way to let each other know who we are! Hope you had fun!

I was!
My friend works downtown, she saw I was going to be there, so she took a break from work and came too. We were sitting over on the far side of the play room. It was pretty busy, and I even asked a couple of people if they were Monica! Where were you sitting? I stayed until almost 11:30.

I was sitting right by the entrance to the play area. . . were you one of the ladies I went a got a chair for????? How funny! Maybe we'll have better luck next time. I should have just started walking around and introducing myself to everyone I guess! Oh well!

Yep, that was me! How funny! I was with the baby stroller and a 3 year old (who's so tall he looks to be at least 5). I believe I was in line right behind you too! Actually, you looked really familiar, but I couldn't place you, and I know the name of the person I was thinking of wasn't Monica, so I didn't even think twice that you could be Monica! I'm sorry! Well, at least we know who to look for next time. I'm up for going there weekly! Maybe we could switch the days around so everyone gets to join us at some point. Anyone interested?
