We had pizza with the kids and we are going to make heart shaped cookies tonight. Not too exciting around here..we have never really made a big deal out of Valentines. I just didn't want to cook!

Just me and the kids Husband has been gone out of town for a couple of weeks but he will be back tomorrow. but no plans I am tired and just want to stay in.
I made soup and pulled some homemade bread out of the freezer, it was a good dinner though. We had strawberry shortcake for dessert, it seemed like a good valentine dessert. I did make homemade soft pretzels last night as a surprize for the kids' lunches today. The pretzels aren't too big, so I used two of them to make a sandwich and put salami in the middle for them. One loved it and the other didn't like it, probably because there was no cheese sauce for dipping!

I made dinner, my husband is sick, and he's sleeping early on the couch. I'm exhausted, so it's bedtime for me too. As long as the baby sleeps through the night, I'll be happy :)
