Picture Exchange Communication Symbols - Free Boardmaker Trial
This is more for anyone who has a special needs child but could also be used for other children. They're called PECS and it's pictures or symbols used to communicate. We use a variety of communication methods with Bekka and I found a free 30 day trial from one of the companies. This software is normally around $300. I made 510 PECS and laminated them over Christmas break for Bekka and some schedules and templates. I thought I would pass this on in hopes it would help someone else. We can't afford to buy the program so I'm trying to get as much out of it in 30 days as I can! They are really helping Bekka tell us what she wants.
