We are on the budget plan....that's not the same thing, is it? We pay $77/month for the budget. Keep in mind our water heater is electric.
We do keep getting something from Nipsco, and it may be what you are referring to, but I never paid much attention to the details because the charge is much higher than what we pay for the budget plan.
If I did that buget plan I would pay 134 a month. My gas bill doubled this summer from 20 to forty anyone have any ideas on how to save money let me know! I just hope I can pay for gas to heat my home.
