I always go to Kinkos. However, Office Depot will print and so does the UPS store. UPS charges a lot for color copies though. I found that Kinkos prices are reasonable.
I have used VistaPrint for a lot of things at church. When compared to any local printer they will be less than half the cost especially for short run printing. If you have to match an exact color hue you might be disappointed because I have had to re-order postcards and they came in slightly off a shade but without comparing them next to each other I wouldn't have known the difference. I have ordered address labels and business cards for the kids too because they were only $5 and it made it easy to label their stuff or put a card in a luggage tag slot etc.
Copy shops are ok if you are just doing copies of things , but if you want a high quality print job a printer is a must. To me using local businesses are the utmost important thing to keep local economey going, whether it is a copy shop or printer. A printer can do color oks, job oks, match previous print jobs, help create your advertising and assemble it as well. You can be a part of your creation and have an imput rather than sending it off someplace and then just receiving it by ups or some other way. Be cautious on your choices. Your advertising will affect the way others look at your company.
