Mended Little Hearts of Northern IN

I want to invite any families that have children with heart disease or heart defects in the Northern IN area to come to our Mended Little Hearts Congenital Heart Disease Awareness Pizza Party this Sunday at 4:00. It will be at the Memorial HealthWorks Kids Museum and the whole family is invited to come and celebrate CHD Awareness Week.
