No baby yet. I have had contractions AGAIN since yesterday 8-10 minutes apart. They hurt but not close enough to have me go into the hospital. Its so tiring.
I painted her room this weekend so that is all ready. I wanted her to wait until after that was done so any day now she can come....haha
bummer!
I bet you are just exhausted! I remember, those contractions are SO tiring! At least you are prepared now. Maybe she was just waiting till her new room was done ;)

I am very exhausted. I am convinced she will never come out. Her room was done Saturday so any day now would be great. I wouldnt mind still being pregnant if these contractions would stop. OH well, I only have 2 weeks at the very most.
At the end...
of my last pregnancy I remember going to the dr. twice a week and every time I was convinced I would go in and he would say, "ok, it's just about time" and every time he would say, well, not yet, and my eyes would swell up. How frustrating! Not too much longer! Maybe you should take a day off work and rest all day.

I hope that all is going well with your progression. With me, our Jake was about a week and a half late and they decided to check me into the hospital and put a Cervidil string in to soften my cervix. The next morning they started me on Pitocin. They checked on me at 11am and I was only 4-5cm and said that it would probably be a few more hours, but ordered an epidural for me. To make a long story short, 20 minutes later and before the anesthesiologist made it in, my water broke, and Jake was born at 11:29am. So, you never know, when they're ready they're ready. Good luck! I know she is just going to come when she wants but OMG I have been so exhausted the last week and fustrated plus irritated so I have noticed instead of all the patiences I normally have with my 4 year old I dont have very much this week. Plus, we have been putting alot of baby stuff together this past weekend and week so I think that is starting to get to him and I have been noticing he hasnt been listening as well and thowing more fits. We had a Brayden night last time. We (hubby and I) didnt do any clean until he went to bed or anything. We just all played until bed time. I think Brayden had fun. I think we are going to see that Alvin and the chipmunk movie this weekend.
I am going to see if the doctors will induce on the 21st or 22nd instead of the 26th. I dont want to risk being in the hospital on Christmas day. He has a school Christmas program next Thursday as well. I am so nervous I am going to miss it.
update
I went to the doctors today. I am the same dilated but I am 80% effaced. I have had strong contractions tonight with some back pain (thats new) so maybe its close. SHe is still moving alot so I heard she is suppose to stop moving when its close to labor......
THe doctors will not induce any earlier then the 26th so hopefully she comes before CHristmas or waits until the 26th.
