Description
Pampered chef recipe for dip to serve on Valtrompia Bread or fresh vegetables
Ingredients
- 12 oz marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 pk frozen chopped spinach (drained)
- 1 clv garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 c Sour Cream
- 1⁄2 c mayonnaise
- 3⁄4 c grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Drain and coarsely chop artichoke hearts with Food Chopper. Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients in Batter Bowl. Spoon into Mini-Baker. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with Valtrompia Bread or, for a healthier choice, fresh vegetables.
