Favorite Junk Foods
I know all of us are supposed to be eating healthy snacks, in general and in times of turmoil and stress. I try my hardest on most days, Believe me, I really do. But I have come to realize when I'm totally stressed out,(hence the ER trip last week for our little guy who got his pinky smashed in a bedroom door that required 5 stitches... OUCH :( I find myself devouring my favorite no-no snack foods like BBQ Pringles, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzards, and chocolate chip cookies :)
Do any of you have this problem? What are some of your favorite junk foods?

and more sugar. Lots of stress starting December 31st 2007 through most of March and I totally went nuts on bad foods. I've never been much of a pop drinker but I find myself drinking at least a half a can of Coke every other day. This is from someone who went many years without drinking pop. I also hunt down anything I can find in the house with sugar. It's crazy. I'm also obsessed with the McDonald cookies. I stop by there and order only "2" cookies instead of the "3 for 99 cents".. so I can fool myself into thinking I have SOME self control. Ha! :)

Too many to name, I love to snack! Reese's peanut butter cups (but only the really big ones because they have more peanut butter and less chocolate), chips, Coke Zero, cake or cookies...pretty much anything that's bad for me!
Now I'm hungry and need a snack :)

Well I have PCOS...which is ( poly-cistic ovarian syndrome) and wasnt supposed to concieve the 2 gorgeous little babies that I have It took us 3 years to concieve and the doc says I should have had to go through infertility procedures.....but anyways I do take 3 500mg a day of oral insulan ...I am insulin resistant which is rather long...but it keeps cysts off of my ovaries..I do crave sweets and I know my body tells me it...but since about 2 years on oral insulin I have dropped like 24 pounds ...lots of toning to do ..but droped 4 sizes so Im a little proud of myself ...but YES I am a sweet freak...

the oreocakesters are to die for great. I love them so much I can smell them when I go into the grocery. The kids get the regular oreo cookies. I'm such a meanie! Lynn
