Customer service at Babies 'R Us

Any complaints about the customer service at Babies 'R Us in Granger? After a visit to the store this past weekend, I am so disappointed! I tried returning a diaper bag we purchased only a few weeks ago....it was starting to come apart already. The sales girl told me there was nothing they could do for me because they don't carry that diaper bag anymore. She later came up to us in the store and told us with a very rude attitude that she also talked to another employee, and they haven't carried this bag for over 2 years! The store manager finally told the girl to look up my sale in their system using my credit card info, and sure enough, there was my diaper bag purchase....only 4 weeks ago! All turned out ok, we got a new diaper bag, and the store manager was helpful (however, I knew the manager from years ago), but I was shocked by the employee's attitude and accusation that I was trying to return a 2 year old diaper bag! I will buy cautiously at this store from now on, because this isn't the first time I've had trouble returning something to this store.
