Description
Very quick and easy casserole to put together.
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 c sour cream or plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 c melted butter
- 1 pk jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cream style corn
- 1 canned corn (drained)
Instructions
Mix all together and pour into greased dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Notes
I usually put the stick of butter in the dish to melt and put it in the oven during preheat to melt. That takes care of greasing the dish and I just mix the rest of the stuff right into the dish to eliminate extra dirty dishes.
