Description
Fast, quick and easy dinner, with little to no mess.
Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken breast
- 1 cn cream of chicken
- 1 cn Cream of celery soup
- 1 c Sour Cream
- 2 pk stuffing mix
- 4 T butter
- 2 cn Chicken Broth
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken breast(boneless skinless is best) in bottom of greased pan. In a medium mixing bowl mix together sour cream, cream of chicken, and cream of celery soup. Pour soup mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix overtop the soup mixture. Pour melted butter over stuffing. Pour chicken broth over stuffing. Bake for 1 hour (60 min). Then serve.
Notes
I ususally boil the chicken before I put it in the pan-it will cook faster. I sometimes cut the breasts in half, it will go farther or be easier for kids. You can also use cream of mushroom soup in place of one of the others, too.
