Description
Chicken Biscuit Potpie
Ingredients
- 1 2⁄3 c frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 1⁄2 c cubed cooked chicken (or leftover)
- 10 3⁄4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1⁄4 t dried thyme
- 1 c biscuit/baking mix (like bisquick)
- 1⁄2 c milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
In a bowl, combine vegetables, chicken, soup and thyme. Pour into greased deep-dish 9 inch pie plate. Combine biscuit mix, milk and egg; pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
