Beef for sale--after fair -lining up buyers
HI Everyone!
The summer is sure going fast. Just wanting to pass this opportunity along to you. We will have beef available the end of August after fair time. We are looking to lock some buyers into place for the remainder of the beef that we have. This is quality home grown grain fed beef. What we don't presell before fair time will go through the 4h auction at the end of the fair week. Once this happens all opportunities are lost. Let me know if anyone has any questions. What exactly are you selling (cut of meat)? how much are you selling it for?

This would be a side of beef processed and ready for your freezer.
Prices would vary depending on the current market and the weight of the steer at processing time. Averarge price from last year was around 900 dollars for a side of beef. or 450 on a quarter . This normally averages less than the current price on ground chuck per pound for all your cuts of meat, which includes lean hamburger, roasts, steaks of all kinds. It is a good deal if you have a freezer and the extra money to buy ahead. This is the only way we can afford to eat steaks in todays prices at the grocery store.

Our beef is sold already. I sell it before it goes to the fair. We placed 2nd, 4th and 5th in our three different weight classes!
But if you are still interested there are others that still have beef available. They are other 4 h members that raise beef.
