Wow! Craziness at the Park!!!
Sorry I didn't make it ladies . . . I was so excited to see all of you again and meet some of you for the first time, but I took one look at the LINES of kids on field trips going into the park and I turned around. If any of you did venture in I am very proud of you! You are very BRAVE! We went to the zoo in the morning and had a picnic lunch, and that was hectic enough! I had to get home to pack . . . we're headed out of town at 3:30 to go camping for the long weekend! Hope you all have a great memorial day!

I still can't get over the BUS-LOADS of kids! I was brave and went in, ONLY because I saw Lynn's car there already! So we ventured in, I found her, and we stayed for about 10 minutes. Luke and I stopped at Rose Park on the way home because I promised him we would play. Yes, it was NUTS! We hoped you were smart enough to turn around and leave :)

I went in because another mom I knew was there. We stayed and the kids played maybe 15 minutes... crazy, my friend and i also left and went to the roseland park. Is rose and roseland park the same?

Rose Park is off of West and 16th street in Mishawaka.
Yeah, it was super-crazy! At least you had someone else with you because I felt bad you said you were going too, but I didn't know what to do because there were just WAY too many people to even think about trying to find you!
If it warms up next week, we will have to go to a park with the splash pads! They were getting it ready today when we were at Rose Park, and Luke thought it was so neat. He couldn't stand it, he just had to stick his arm in once right before we left.

So that is called Rose Park
Oh, I have been to that park so many times! My kids love it there too. I live on the north side of South Bend, so when I hear Rose Park , I think of the Roseland park off of Cripe Street. ( which we also love, it is so quiet and peaceful there) We will try to make as many playdates as possible. Starting in the middle of June, I will not be avalible every other week. (I will be watching my friend's daughters).

we stayed only 25 minutes on the toddler swings, sorry monica I really wanted to books. I suspected most would see all 50 buses and run for the hills. Next time we'll meet up with everyone. Have fun!
