ADHD and natural supplements
I had a problem with me 5 year old's behavior towards his teachers and friends when he started kindergarten. Oh boy, I got that dreaded call the very SECOND day of school. I was hoping the teacher was calling me cuz she needed snacks! HAHA. Nope. I guess Cristian wasn't focusing, or staying in groups, or even listening and doing what he was told to do at all. He was in his own little world. UGH. I thought at first it was way too soon for the teacher to be calling me about this, but I had heard this before so it wasn't new. After doing some research I found that antioxidants really help stabilize your brain naturally and I started giving him OPC3 as well as his daily vitamins. It has made a trememdous difference in his daily routine. It is the pycnogenol in the OPC3 that does the trick apparently. You can read about it here (http://www.marketamerica.com/gilbert/index.cfm?action=news.wpNewsDetail&...). Cristian loves his drinkable vitamins too, so I add them both together every morning. OPC3 comes from grape seed and the vitamins he takes have vitamin C so they both taste sweet and yummy naturally. An added bonus is that he has not been sick one single day since I started this regimen for him back in June :). You can find OPC and children's vitamins at your healthstore, but these are the ones I give my son. Worth every penny. Isotonix are the world's most advanced mutraceuticals. You might even find them on your Dr's office soon :):
