I have belonged to this website (www.afullcup.com) for a while now and it is a great source of deals and has tons of freebies (coupons and free samples). Just sign up and click on Forums at the top. There is a Target coupon generator (on the tool bar under Coupon Menu) along with a Misc. Coupon generator that has TONS of coupons for specific items (from cereal to carpet cleaner to baby items). It's a great help to those who are on a budget!
